    Congratulations Phyllis Frost for being Coach-Of-The-Week! Phyllis talks about what attracted her to Fitclub24 in the first place and why she has decided to become a Fit Coach!

    What attracted me to FitClub24 was the energy. When you walk into the Club you see everybody smiling. These people are transforming their lives for the better by learning how to lead a healthy active lifestyle through proper nutrition and regular exercise. There’s a lot of young people at the Club who instead of being out on the street doing things that aren’t necessary good for them and their future, they’re inspiring and helping other people in their community to get in the best shape of their lives! When I saw all of that, I was blown away! Everybody was working hard, learning about proper nutrition, volunteering their time because they’re so grateful for everything the Club has to offer that they want to give back!

    After being a fitness trainer for 34 years, I fell in love with the concept of FItclub24 and its philosophy: build a community, educate people and give them tools to lead healthier lives and pay it forward.

    When I started following the nutrition program, I really had no idea what to expect, but within 4-5 days I started to feel a change in my body. My energy was up, my digestive problems were easing and my joints, which had been hurting me for six years, stopped hurting. In five weeks, I lost 5 pounds, 1 point of visceral fat, 2% body fat and I gained 5 lbs of lean muscle and my hydration level increased by 2%. I’m amazed by my results, especially the fact that I no longer have joint pain. I’ve never felt better and stronger!

    I always say “nothing changes, if nothing changes”. I’ve seen people do incredible things when they have the willingness and desire. At Fitclub24, the community and support make it possible for people to achieve incredible things. It’s a place for personal growth where everybody is being appreciated, recognized and valued for who they are. That is one of the reasons why I feel at home.

    I’m so happy to be associated with this group of individuals from all walks of life and all ages. We can change the world… one body at the time!
